A 20% deposit will be required at the time of booking by credit/debit card, the balance will be paid on arrival at the hotel, however the hotel may pre-authorise your card prior to arrival.
Cancellation more than 21 days before arrival date will incur loss of deposit
Cancellation 8-20 days before arrival date will incur 50% charge
Cancellation 0-7 days before arrival date will incur 100% charge
No Show will incur 100% charge
Any additional services eg telephone calls must be paid before check out.
Confirmation details with transfer arrangements and other agreed extra services will be sent to you in a reservation confirmation e-mail when the deposit is received. This e-mail, along with your passport, need to be presented upon arrival.

General terms and conditions
Pets are not allowed to stay at the hotel
The hotel does not have any rooms with disabled access.
Melina Bay Hotel does not have private parking. A drop-off parking bay is available only.
Damages or Losses
The hotel expects guests to behave in a responsible manner. Any guest damaging hotel property or disturbing other guests will be expected to pay for any damage and be asked to leave the hotel without any refund.
Valuables and Security
The hotel will not be liable for any theft or damage to guests’ property or for any injury or illness suffered by guests. We recommend you have adequate insurance cover for any such incidents and use safe deposit boxes provided.
The hotel will not be held liable and no refunds will be given for any services not available due to adverse weather conditions, power cuts, industrial action, civil unrest or acts of god. We will however do our best to resume normal service as soon as possible.
